Eligibility requirements include:

Ages 28 to 75 years
Breast cancer survivor, have completed at least 3 years of cancer therapy, no evidence clinical disease and eligible for surgical intervention.
Acquired upper limb lymphedema secondary to breast cancer treatment
Stage I-II lymphedema at screening (ISL)
Willingness and ability to comply with recommend regimen and to comply with all study procedures and follow-up appointments
Limb volume in affected limb and unaffected limb must be at least 10% of each other
Body Mass Index (BMI) <35
